“It Takes a Village to Support These Amazing Students”

Student and Family Empowerment Diversity Communities (SAFE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving high school students with disabilities across different school districts since 2000. Our organization seeks scholarship sponsors throughout the year to support students with emotional, mental, and physical disabilities. We empower and equip these students to become self-sufficient, discover their maximum potential, and achieve their academic goals. Our annual scholarship awards ceremony is a joyous celebration of the students’ achievements, providing them with a sense of hope and the knowledge that they are loved, regardless of their disabilities.

All proceeds from our fundraising efforts will go towards continuing our monthly programs at different high schools, which include activities focused on discovering students’ unique abilities, monthly educational workshops, and a Health and Wellness Resource Fair for students and their families. By supporting SAFE Diversity Communities, you can help us create a more inclusive and supportive community for at-risk students and their families.
